At CVLTVRA, every garment is created with purpose. To maintain exclusivity, reduce waste, and honor sustainable production practices, each item is made to order only after your purchase is placed.

Because of this process, production and delivery times may differ from traditional retail brands.

Production Time

Each CVLTVRA piece is carefully produced once an order is placed.

Estimated production time:
2–5 business days

During high order volume periods or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your item has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States:
3–8 business days

International:
5–20 business days (may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package from production to delivery.

Important Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

CVLTVRA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • high shipping demand

  • other circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Exchanges

Because every CVLTVRA item is custom produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • minor color or tonal variations between digital images and printed garments

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and your order details

  3. Submit the information through the issue submission form located below

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a free replacement for the affected item.

Replacement items will follow the same production and shipping timeframes as the original order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order will enter production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
